Our classes are separated by levels 1-4 (beginning through advanced)

It is normal for students to stay in one level more than one year

Placement is at the discretion of the instructor.

Level 1 is open enrollment. Teacher permission is required for level 2 and above.

PRIMA Dance Classes

Our PRIMA program is designed for a our littlest dancers who are looking to have fun and learn the basics of dance. The program will use props, games and activities to keep dancers engaged throughout the class while still learning and focusing on dance technique, vocabulary, spacial awareness and choreography. PRIMA classes are meant to introduce students to dance class in various styles and help them fall in love with dance!

Dress Code: Pink Leotard, Pink Ballet Tights. 

Shoes: Pink Ballet Shoes or Black Tap Shoes (depending on the class)

Hair: Secured Bun


Focuses on classical ballet technique, proper body alignment, terminology and musicality. Students will work on both barre and center floor combinations. Ballet is the foundation to many other dance styles. The benefits of ballet are endless, but students can expect to gain strength, flexibility, grace and musicality to name a few. 

Dress Code: Pink ballet tights, black leotard.

Shoes: Pink Ballet Shoes. 

Hair: Secured Bun 

Complementary Class: Contemporary, Lyrical, Jazz


This high energy dance style focuses on body isolations, rhythm, strength, flexibility and showmanship. Jazz classes will start with a technical warm up, followed by progressions across the floor and end with choreography in the center of the room. Jazz dance incorporates a lot of ballet technique making it the perfect 2nd class for ballet students.  

Dress Code: Tight fitting athletic wear. 

Shoes: Tan Jazz Shoes. 

Hair: Pulled back away from face in a bun or ponytail. 

Complementary Class: Ballet, Technique, Leaps & Turns



Incorporates ballet technique while fostering musicality, self expression and improvisational skills. Contemporary dance takes classical technique and tweaks it to focus on the choreographers creativity. 

Dress Code: Tight fitting athletic wear. 

Shoes: Bare feet or pirouettes. 

Hair: Pulled back away from face. 

Complementary Class: Ballet


Lyrical .jpg

Lyrical dance combines ballet and jazz technique. Typically set to slow music, this dance form places a strong emphasis on emotional execution and personal expression. Lyrical focus on elongated lines and expressive movements.

Dress Code: Tight fitting athletic wear. 

Shoes: Pirouettes. 

Hair: Secured bun or ponytail. 

 Complementary Class: Ballet 



We teach a curriculum based program (Acrobatic Arts) where students will progress through the levels while being evaluated on a universal standard. 

The program is based on safe and effective progressions with proven results in five divisions of AcroDance: Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering and Tumbling.

 Developed with input from professionals and experts in ballet, modern dance, jazz, contortion, artistic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics, sport acrobatics, yoga, acro yoga, pilates, physiotherapy, hand balancing and more, you will not find a more comprehensive program.  Simple thoughtful progressions take dancers to the next level in their training.

***In order to fully benefit from this program it is highly recommended that students take a dance technique class as well (ballet or technique). 

 Dress Code: Leotard with spandex shorts.

This upbeat, high energy dance style focuses on both fast and slow isolated movements. Dancers will be led through a warm up, taught a combination and introduced to freestyle dance. Hip-hop helps ground technical dancers and is a great class for anyone looking to move and have fun! 

Dress Code: Comfortable clothing you can move in (no jeans). 

Shoes: Clean Tennis Shoes (no street shoes)



Designed to strengthen our dancers, students will focus on proper alignment, flexibility, strength and body positioning. This class is highly recommended for all dancers in all genres.

Dress Code: Tight fitting athletic wear. 

Shoes: Bare Feet, Pirouettes or Jazz Shoes. 

Hair: Secured bun or ponytail. 

Complimentary Class: Ballet, Jazz, Acro



This class will introduce dancers to jazz basics while focusing on sharp, synchronized movements and visual effects of working with pom poms! This high energy class the perfect class for students interested in cheer or dance team. 

Dress Code: Tight fitting athletic wear. 

Shoes: Tan Jazz Shoes. 

Hair: Secured bun or ponytail. 

Complementary Class: Jazz, Hip-Hop

Designed to develop rhythm, style and sound. Tap classes helps develop musicality and synchronization in dancers. 

Dress Code: Comfortable athletic wear

Shoes: Tap Shoes 

Complementary Class: Musical Theater, Jazz 



Dancers will work on leaps and turns across the floor. They will build on skills learned the previous week. At the end of the year dancers will be working on full length progressions across the floor. 

Dress Code: Form fitted athletic wear. 

Hair: Secured away from face. 

Complementary Class: Jazz, Ballet, Placement & Conditioning  



Designed for our youngest dancers, this class will introduce students to dance class! They will learn dance basics from all styles including, ballet, tap, jazz, and hip-hop while working on classroom skills such as standing in line, learning choreography and following the instructor. 

Dress Code: Pink Ballet Leotard, Pink Tights, Pink Ballet Shoes. 

Hair: Ballet Bun
