MENTAL SKILL BUILDING AND STRENGTHENING

 

Training Sessions, Workshops, and Camps Offered

Mental Performance Training can come in many different forms offered through Doty Performance.  Our Mental Training page lists a variety of developmental topics covered through our programs.  Listed below are the the various session types Doty Performance Mental Training offers. 

1:1

One on one sessions with our Mental Performance Director.

 

Groups

Mental Performance Training given to groups of players, captains, leaders, ect.

 

Workshops

Larger group training provided to multiple athletes and spanning over what is usually a longer session/s. 

 

Team and Clubs

Mental Performance Training with an identified topic or purpose. 

 

P.R.E.P. Sessions and Camps/Clincs

Mental Performance Training is provided to athletes in Developmental camps, Seasonal camps, ID camps and Boot Camps.  In addition, for any camp requested by a team or club, we have the ability to add Mental Performance training as a supplemental element in athlete development.
